Do they sell bialys?
Nopey. Really great bagels, though.

No they do not.
Why would the posted hours of operation start at 6:30am yet at 6:40am ice tea not yet brewed? If you offer tea then it should be brewed and cooled down for consumption at 6:30 sharp.
I agree, they have some areas they can improve upon. The bagels on the other hand are fantastic.
Do they have any vegan options?
Tanner, all of our bagels with the exception of cheese, egg and chocolate chip are vegan. We do offer peanut butter as a vegan spread. Thanks - Bagels R Us

The bagels were good.. felt it was reasonably priced. You could tell they were freshly made and all were warm. The 'everything bagel' was delicious! Tried both the regular and apple cinnamon cream cheese.. the apple cinnamon was very good and not too sweet. Service was quick but I wouldnt say friendly.

Best bagels and sandwiches in town! My only complaint is that I moved further from this location and dont have one closer to me, but I go out of my way to stop here!

The bagels are good the customer service is the worst I have ever had. Location one is run well and I have had no issues. Locations 2 and 3 are terrible. Any time you are put on hold understand they are not coming back to take your order. Then you hang up call back and the phone is off the hook. (This has happened multiple times to the point its the norm). I tired to call the owner and what do you know the phone was off the hook. If they read this please put an effort into your customer, it’s the worst I’ve ever seen.
